Gerson's country Costa Rica is the next on the list of countries John Maxwell and his team will be visiting to conduct transformational leadership change. He believes in the power of goal setting, learning from others, and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. He's personally mentored by the founder of the John Maxwell Team, Paul Martinelli.
