Why do you need a Life Under Construction Live Event Day?

I’ve been fortunate to be mentored by some of the most accomplished leaders in the world. My first mentor was my 7th-grade track coach, Mr. Gerry. When I was in 7th grade and my track coach pulled me aside to tell me that I was a leader on the track team. He explained that I was a natural leader and the other students were watching what I did and I needed to ensure I was showing them how to practice. I did not imagine that one day would have such a profound impact on my life. But it did. That one day changed something inside of me. It helped me see something about myself that I did not even recognize was there. I was now a leader. I’ve held onto that belief and recently traveled over the equator with John C. Maxwell and team to train over 15,000 people in Paraguay around values-based leadership, which has resulted in 120,000 people being trained in that country. While I was in Paraguay there was another day that changed my life, it was the day we spoke to John Maxwell and Mark Cole about transformational leadership and making a significant difference in the world.
