The number one thing I've intentionally been doing to grow my businesses is working on increasing my influence with those people I serve. The growth personally & professionally has been phenomenal. And I'm not just saying that to impress you, but to impress upon you that this "stuff" I talk about all the time actually works.

Too often we think this leadership thing is too complicated, or we don't really need to develop the people in our organizations because it costs too much money or time. Perhaps you think, well we tried that assessment and nothing really works.

Want to know the secret? It's not really a secret. Leadership is influence and as you grow your influence with your team you are able to empower them to grow.
