Let’s talk about leadership transformation in a country. This was a few years ago in Paraguay when I was invited to work along with John C. Maxwell, Mark Cole, again Teasdale, Timothy Teasdale, Mario Sanibria, and a team of growth minded leaders. I’m still so grateful for this experience.

What does it look like to conduct transformational leadership?

- collaboration vs. competition
- teamwork vs. individualism
- respect vs. blame
- hope vs. fear

During that trip we reached about 30,000 people to help Paraguay launch their transformational leadership change.
