Intro - Allison will share your bio then turn it over to you to fill in some of the gaps in the intro: Be brief, it’s just to orient listeners. 

Speaking in Sound Bytes - Please let Allison guide the conversation, stop speaking after you made your point so she can comment and take the conversation to the next level. Talk in sound bytes, don’t pause if you don’t want her to enter into the conversation, please pause enough so it’s a two-way conversation. The #1 rule in being interviewed by the media is to keep answers 2-3 minutes, this allows the host to dig deeper or move on to the next question.
