What does ambition mean to you?

What if you started to go all in on your goals and dreams?

What if you started to take imperfect action rather than be held back by your excuses?

What if....

You see I think that there are the seeds of greatness within everyone and there is something inside of you too. I've had the privilege of speaking and training people from around the world and this is a common thread that ties all of our cultures together. People want to do more, be more, and have more in their lives. This may look differently in different areas of the world, but it is a common goal.

Are you thinking and planning for 2019 yet? What are your goals? What are you going to do? Who will you help? How will you make it an amazing year? How will you make it so good that when you review it on Dec. 31, 2019 you want to pinch yourself because so many amazing things happened.

If you're thinking to yourself...Allison that's a bit much....then you REALLY need to read my books and start this process. You see, I believe that we can all have more. I think we can be more focused. We can have clarity on our direction. And we can be more fulfilled in our lives.

You can do this too.

But, first....get rid of the idea that ambition is a dirty word. It isn't. It's what's going to get you more in 2019 than you ever imagined.
