Be a Piece of the Rock

What must every person know about character?               

●     Character is more than talk. Your character determines who you are. Who you are determines what you see. What you see determines what you do. That’s why you can never separate a leader’s actions from their actions.                                                                       

●     Talent is a gift, but character is a choice. We have no control over a lot of things in life. We don’t get to choose our parents, where we are raised, or our IQ. We do choose our character. Each time you have an option of coping out or dig out a hard situation, to bend the truth or pay the price. Each day you are creating your character.                                                  

To improve your character do the following:

●     Identify anywhere you might have cut corners, compromised or let people down in your life recently.

●     Examine what you wrote down and see if there is a particular area where you are weakest?
